PACK A BAG WITH:

• Correct Uniform : Jade Shirt, Jade Socks, Navy Shorts. (NO Board Shorts or incorrect uniform allowed.)
  Alternate Uniform (for colour clashes when playing AWAY): Navy Shirt, Navy Socks, Navy Shorts.
• Also Include: Shin Pads, Mouth Guard, Turf Shoes (SNEAKERS with a good grip or HOCKEY TURF SHOES are required for the turf grounds) and your stick. Your own drinks for half time. (Very Important) A towel, a change of clothes and a plastic bag for any wet gear.

Goalies are responsible for their own gear. Check it REGULARLY, keep it DRY, CLEAN, AIRED and in GOOD REPAIR.

• When arriving at a ground please put all the team's bags and gear together, making it easier to check for lost property when leaving. Labelling your gear with "MPHC" and your name will also assist other clubs to return lost gear.
• DON'T FORGET to pay your manager before the start of the game:

It is YOUR responsibility to contact your coach or manager no later than Wednesday night prior to the match, regarding your availability to play. This is the last possible time for the club to organise a change of or forfeit if necessary, thus avoiding hefty fines to the club.

***PROTECTIVE GEAR (SHINPADS/MOUTH GUARD) IS COMPULSORY***

If you are not wearing a mouth guard you are not covered by insurance.

If players have any medical conditions/illnesses please inform your team manager/coach prior to playing. If you have Asthma bring your puffer to all games and training. If injured during the game, make it is listed on the team sheet and is signed by the umpire (for insurance purposes)

***Are your tetanus injections up to date?***

Players are required to be at the ground at least half an hour prior to the game commencing. This allows time for the warm up, change clothes and the coach's instruction. Players must remove all jewellery, hair glides and hard-peaked caps (ie baseball caps) prior to playing.
